How do I speak to a doctor over the phone?

You will be able to speak with the doctor only through a video consultation after booking an appointment with him. you cannot directly call and talk to a doctor here.

  • What are the cities and locations you provide home care service?

    We currently provide home care assistance only in Delhi NCR and Ghhaziabad are actively partnering with providers inside complete Delhi to enable the service completely


    How/Where do i report if i am not happy with the care-taker?

    You can call our customer support number to report your problem. We always strive to provide the best service for all your needs. But, in case you are not satisfied with the caregiver assigned to you, we will provide you with a replacement care taker.


    How do I make a payment?

    You can pay through Credit / Debit Cards, Net Banking, Pay Wallets (or) through your Contact Doctor account balance.


    How do I receive my invoice?

    Invocie will be sent to the user's registered email-id. Alternatively, the user will also be able to download the invoice for all payments they have made from the transaction page of the app.
